Documenting Our Journey of Transformation Towards Sustainable Solutions

CPS has recently undertaken a transformative journey over the last 18 months, focusing on challenging our environmental impact and increasing the focus on sustainable solutions within cash processing.

We’re proud to develop long-term partnerships with our customers. This enables us to get to know you inside out, to truly understand your issues, priorities and needs in order to design and deliver the right solutions for you that safeguard your reputation, optimise your efficiency and protect your investment and are future-proofed to adapt with you as your business requirements change.

Part of our partnerships and overall business promise seeks to better integrate sustainability into all our practices. Today we’re going to be sharing a better insight into that transformative journey, to the position we are at today as industry leaders in the cash processing industry.

Our ongoing efforts in ensuring sustainable solutions in our practices

Our approach to innovation is market-focused, with our driven engineering team developing technologically advanced solutions aligned with the challenges and demands of the market and overall industry.

As a result, our future-proofed solutions are designed with flexibility in mind. This allows them to be configured, upgraded and expanded as the demands on your currency processing change and multiply, providing value for money long-term solutions. In practice, we’re reducing CO2 emissions by either prolonging the lifespan of machines or offering our customers machines that have a lower carbon footprint.

Sharing our journey to the industry

More recently, David – Head of Engineering at CPS – attended the Cash Sustainability Forum in Frankfurt, Germany, to share more information about this transformational journey.

The Forum brought together all the stakeholders in the cash cycle, to work towards sustainability in the production, circulation and destruction of one of the world’s most enduring and widely used products.

The event shared best practices, promoted cooperation and addressed specific environmental challenges and sustainable solutions in the cash and payments arena. We were really excited to be a part of it!

We look forward to continuing to help change and shape the industry with our efforts in sustainability, and our transformative journey overall. Upgrade your systems and maximise your investment with us.
